1. Cut the RJ connector off.



2. Prepare wires for soldering.



3. Solder as follows:
GREEN -> D9 pin 2
WHITE -> D9 pin 3
CLEAR -> D9 pin 5
Leave RED and BLACK unconnected at this point.



4. Assemble PS/2 connector or take an old mouse wire and connect the +5V line to RED wire and ground wire to BLACK.




5. Isolate the power connection wires from everything using electrical tape or whatever is handy.




6. Assemble casing.



7. Voilá.
